The resort, comprising of 13 villages, is spread over 4 areas: Briancon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve-la-Salle and le Monêtier-les-Bains. It is also at the gates of the Ecrins National Park.

It situaded in all the north hillside of a long valley and its variety of pistes make it success.
