Font-Romeu, is above all, a ski resort with one of the more modern, seducer skiing area of the massif. The slopes are naturally integrated in the landscape of a pure nature; everyone enjoys quietly the white mood in panoramic spaces.

Activities

It is a real french village with  a year round activities: restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
And there is plenty to do after a day of skiing in Font Romeu.
You will have the choice of ce skating rink (olympic size 60x30 m) and swimming pool (national high altitude training centre) .

The domain also offers many other winter activities like :
snowshoeing, cross-country, ice-skating, paragliding, rock climbing, hang-gliding, snow-kite (at 4 km), ice cascade climbing (at 28 km), sled dogs and walking trails...

There are a number of hot springs in the region (either accessible free to those willing to tramp over the hills) or in open-air pools in the spa villages of St Thomas, Llo and Dorres.
