This ski resort is the largest resort in the French Pyrenees, between 1400 and 2500 meters high, and has 100 km slopes
The resort is very well suited for both beginners and the expert skiers.
The Tourmalet Barèges-La Mongie resort is an excellent place to practise all types of skiing.

Activities

The resorts is an authentic village with thermal baths, some great restaurants,c afé and tapas bars.
If you prefer you can going out in near villages: Bagnères de Bigorre, La Mongie, Barèges or in the Campan Valley.
A trip to La Mongie can never be complete until the Pic du Midi has been experienced.
Climb aboard the cable car in the heart of the resort and prepare to straddle the sky in a 15 minute ride to the observatory of the Pic du Midi.
The stunning and unforgettable panorama seen from the 600m² of terraces at an altitude of 2877 m.

In Barèges : snowshoeing, sled dogs, snowmobile outings.
In La Mongie : snowmobile outings, sled dogs, ice rink for child.
In Campan-Payolle (16 km) : cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
In Bagnères de Bigorre (25 km) : the " Aquensis, la cité des eaux ", indoor tennis, casino.
